Evaluation on the Application Effects of Continuous Cross Inverting Suture in Myomectomy
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of continuous cross inverting suture in myomectomy. Method:100 cases of hysteromyomectomy were randomly divided into observation group and control group from February 2013 to March 2014 in our hospital, the control group used interrupted suture, the observation group with continuous cross inverting suture, suture effect was compared between the two groups of patients.Result:The tumor and leiomyoma diameter of the two groups had no statistical significance (P>0.05); The operation time, blood loss and postoperative pain in the observation group were less than that of the control group, the values between the two groups were statistically significant (P<0.05).The exhaust, ambulation and hospitalization time of the two groups had no statistical significance (P>0.05).Conclusion:Continuous cross inverting suture in resection of myoma of uterus in the application can shorten operation time, reduce bleeding, reduce postoperative pain during the operation, suture has obvious effect, it is worth in clinical application.关键词
