Abstract
As a support for the hospital medical record information management,the basis of evidence-based medicine and scientific research work,occupies an important position,is now in order to improve the medical record information research on the support of clinical scientific research,through to the medical record information attributes, content and application analysis,summed up the role of the medical record information and its application in clinical and scientific research,aims to promote the development of medical record management and the information field.关键词
