Abstract
Objective:To compare treatment effect of beta-blockers respectively joint angiotensin receptor blockers (ARB) and calcium channel blockers (CCB) in the treatment of middle-aged and young high blood pressure in Jiangmen.Method:300 young and middle-aged patients with high blood pressure from December 2012 to December 2014 were selected,according to random number table method was divided into observation group and control group,each for 150 patients.Observation group patients were given ARB joint beta blockers,the control group were given CCB joint beta-blockers,before and after treatment of blood pressure,heart rate,and antihypertensive effects and the changes of symptoms,change the situation of two groups were observed.Result:Two groups of patients’ blood pressure,heart after 8 weeks rate down significantly compared with before treatment (P<0.05); blood pressure drop in treatment group and control group,there was no statistically significant difference (P>0.05),heart rate decline in treatment group and control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of hypertension treatment,observation group total effective rate was 94.67%,control group total effective rate was 82.00%, total effective rate of observation group was obviously higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).In terms of symptom improvement,observation group total effective rate was 96.67%,control group total effective rate was 84.67%,total effective observation group was obviously higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of combined beta-blockers ARB can significantly reduce the diastolic and systolic blood pressure of patients,slow heart rate,and in terms of antihypertensive effects and symptoms improve curative effect is good,worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
