短期小剂量米力农治疗扩张型心肌病顽固性心衰的应用效果观察

Abstract
Objective:To study the short-term small dose meter force farmers application effect is observed for the treatment of dilated cardiomyopathy with refractory heart failure.Method:From January 2014 to January 2015 in our hospital heart treatment of 50 patients with DCM and refractory heart failure were randomly divided into two groups,control group adopted the method of conventional treatment,the observation group based on the complementary with short-term small doses of rice farmers treatment,10 days after treatment effect,heart function,and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Result:The observation group treatment effective rate was 92%,which was significantly higher than 76% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The observation group left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF),stroke volume (SV) cardiac index (CI) and heart rate(HR) was significantly better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Incidence of adverse reactions had no obvious difference between the two groups.Conclusion:Small dosemeter force farmers short term for the application of DCM refractory heart failure effect significantly,can increase myocardial contraction and cardiac output.关键词
