Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical effect of adding Tong Xinluo on the basis of metoprolol for the coronary heart disease with heart failure.Method:96 patients who were admitted in our hospital in recent years for coronary heart disease with heart failure were selected.They were radomly divided into the observation group and the contrast group at random.The contrast group was treated with metoprolol alone.The observation group was added Tong Xinluo on the basic treatment of the contrast group.The promotion of cardiac function and the control effect of the clinical symptoms between the two groups were compared.Result:Two groups had no obvious differences on cardiac function before the treatment.But the cardiac function of the the observation group improved more obviously after the treatment (P<0.05).On the treatment effect,the efficient rate of the contrast group was 81.25%,but the observation group can achieve 95.83%.There was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion:Coronary heart disease with heart failure patients can get better clinical efficacy when they use Tong Xinluo capsule on the basis of the conventional therapy.Their cardiac function improved ulteriorly.This method has promotion value.关键词
