Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of chest laparoscopic combined operation in the treatment of esophageal cancer.Method:30 cases of esophageal cancer patients were selected as research subjects from July 2011 to November 2014,according to the different methods of treatment,were divided into experimental and control groups,15 cases in each group.The control group was taken traditional thoracotomy,the experimental group was taken the chest laparoscopic combined operation,the surgery situation and postoperative complications of two groups were observed.Result:All patients were successfully completed surgery,compared to the situation in the experimental group were significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01); overall complication rate after two groups of patients, the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Chest laparoscopic combined operation in the treatment of esophageal cancer has a good effect,the less blood loss, shorter hospital stay,less postoperative drainage,lymph node dissection,more thorough,and fewer complications,higher safe,it is worth clinical application and promotion.关键词
