Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of treating type 2 diabetes mellitus by melbine combining with glimepiride.Method:84 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus who accepted treatment in our hospital were selected from May 2013 to May 2014 and were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,42 cases in each group.The patients in the observation group were treated by Melbine combining with Glimepiride,while in the control group they were treated by Melbine.The treatment effects of two groups were contrasted.Result:The effects of GHBAIC,2-hour post-meal blood glucose, and the FBG of these patients after treatment in the observation group were evidently better than that in the control group,the differences had statistically significant(P<0.05).The whole occurrence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was 7.14%,compared with 26.19% in the control group,the occurrence rate of adverse reactions of the observation group was evidently lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effects of treating 84 patients with type 2 diabetes Mellitus by Melbine combining with Glimepiride is evident,which can effectively decrease the adverse reactions brought about by hyperglycemia.Thus,it should be widely applied and promoted in the clinical application.关键词
