Abstract
Objective:To investigate the status and influencing factors of family function among elderly malignant tumor patients complicated with Parkinson’s disease(PD).Method:Totally 60 elderly malignant tumor patients complicated with PD were investigated by a self-designed demographic questionnaire and Family APGAR Index (APGAR).Result:The total score of APGAR was (5.95±1.81) and 53.33% of the patients showed family dysfunction.Multiple stepwise regression showed the influencing factors of family function were educational level,family economic status,family relationship,stage of PD and stage of tumor.Conclusion:The family function of elderly malignant tumor patients complicated with PD is influenced by individual factors,nurses should take proper intervention measures to improve their family function.关键词
