目的：探讨品管圈活动（QCC）降低手术室感染率的效果。方法：2014年6月广州市番禺区中心医院手术室成立QCC活动小组，按照选定主题→活动计划→把控现状→对策解析→确定效果等步骤进行品管圈活动，比较QCC实施后（2014年6-11月）与QCC实施前（2014年1-5月）的切口感染率及术后3 d体温升高率（>38.0℃）、白细胞升高率（>10.0×109/L），比较QCC实施前后的团体凝聚力、责任心、主动性、自信心、解决问题的能力及和谐…查看全部>>
