Study on Antibacterial Activity of Bacteria in Vitro of Tigecycline,Polymyxin and Cefoperazone Sulbactam Against Multi Drug Resistant Bauman Acinetobacter

Abstract
Objective:To study the tigecycline,polymyxin B and cefoperazone sulbactam motionless bacilli in vitro antibacterial activity against multi drug resistant Bauman acinetobacter,to provide the basis for clinical rational drug use. Method:The clinical microbiology laboratory bacteria cultures of drug sensitivity test specimens were selected in our hospital from January 2013 to June 2014,the results identified by the multi drug resistance of 50 strains of Bauman Acinetobacter,drug sensitivity disk diffusion method were used to tigecycline,polymyxin and cefoperazone sulbactam for in vitro drug sensitivity test. Result:Tigecycline against multi drug resistant acinetobacter keep Bauman sensitivity of 100%,polymyxin B and moderate sensitivity was 67%,resistant to cefoperazone sulbactam rate was 73%.Conclusion:Tigecycline and polymyxin against multi drug resistant Bauman acinetobacter have high antibacterial activity,is one of the best drug bacillus for the treatment of multi drug resistant acinetobacter Bauman.关键词
