贝复舒联合爱可欣治疗烧伤残余创面的临床疗效
Clinical Effect of bFGF Combined Acasintm on Treating Residual Burn Wounds

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical application value of bFGF combined acasintm on treating residual burn wounds through comparative observation the clinical effect on treating residual burn wounds.Method:64 patients with residual burn wound who were treated in our hospital from December 2013 to December 2014 were selected as the research objects. Experimental group used bFGF combined Acasintm,control group took routine treatment of residual burn wounds,the two groups’ clinical efficacy,wound healing rate and bacterial clearance rate were compared.Result:There were 64 residual wound 62 effective in 64 cases of experimental group,the total effective rate was 96.87%.There were 54 effective in 64 cases of residual burn wounds in control group,the total effective rate was 74.37%,the difference between two groups’ total efficiency were obvious, with statistical significance(P<0.05).There were no obvious difference between two groups’ wound residual wounds after 4 d treatment compared with the shrinkage rate of the treatment of 10,16,22 d and residual wounds after retraction,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The experimental group’s therapy healing time was (18.26±3.47)d,the bacterial eradication rate was 78%;wound healing time of control group was (29.35±4.86)d,the bacterial eradication rate was 40%,two groups of healing time and the bacterial clearance rate had significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:bFGF combined Acasintm can shorten the healing time on treating residual burn wounds,its antimicrobial effect is obvious and can promote wound healing as well as effect obviously which has certain clinical significance.关键词
