依那普利联合倍他乐克对高血压的疗效观察
Efficacy Observation of Enalapril Combined with Betaloc in the Treatment of Hypertension

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Enalapril combined with Betaloc in the treatment of hypertension.Method:98 cases of hypertension patients in our hospital were selected as the study objects,they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,49 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given extended release nifedipine tablets treatment,the observation group was treated with Enalapril and Betaloc.The clinical efficacy of the two groups were analyzed.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).The adverse reactions rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). The blood pressure of the two groups had no significant difference before treatment(P>0.05).After the treatment,the situation of the two groups were both improved,but the improvement of the observation group was much better than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Using Enalapril combined with Betaloc in the treatment of hypertension can be effectively and improve patients’ blood pressure.It has high security and should be popularized and applied.关键词
