阿司匹林联合低分子肝素治疗习惯性流产的效果分析
Effect Analysis of Aspirin and Low Molecular Heparin in the Treatment of Habitual Abortion

Abstract
Objective:To discuss the effect of Aspirin joint low molecular weight heparin in the treatment of habitual abortion.Method: From May 2013 to April 2014,84 cases of obstetrics and gynecology clinic of habitual abortion in our hospital were selected and divided into three groups,group A, group B,group C in accordance with random digit table,each group had 28 cases.Three groups of patients were given different treatment,after treatment,the treatment effect of the three groups were compared.Result:The pregnancy,postpartum bleeding,abortion pregnant weeks,preeclampsia,gastrointestinal reaction and the incidence of thrombocytopenia of the three groups,the comparison results displaied no significant difference(P>0.05). There were statistically significant differences in the absolate live-birth rate,live-birth rate,delivery pregnancy week,the incidence rates of abortion and ecchymosis among the three groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Habitual abortion choice of Aspirin joint low molecular weight heparin was significant improvement the outcome of pregnancy,significant clinical value,can be applied.关键词
