小儿肺咳合剂对咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿肺功能、血清IgE及外周血EOS的影响
The Influence of Pediatric Cough Mixture for Children with Cough Variant Asthma on Lung Function,Serum IgE and Peripheral Blood EOS

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of infantile cough mixture for children with cough variant asthma on lung function,serum IgE and peripheral blood EOS.Method:100 children with cough variant asthma in our hospital were selected from October 2010 to October 2013 as the research objects,they were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 50 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment,the observation group on the basis of that was given cough mixture,one day a dose,two groups were in a course of 4 weeks.After treatment,the frequency of cough and cough symptom intensity of two groups were observed and compared,their signs points were recorded;before and after the treatment, the pulmonary function,serum IgE and EOS in peripheral blood of two groups were compared.Result:After treatment,the total effective rate of observation group was higher than the control group,symptoms and lung function improvement were significantly better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after the treatment,the patients in the two groups of serum IgE and EOS in peripheral blood were significantly reduced,and the value of measurement of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Children with cough mixture can anti allergic inflammation,reduce airway hyperresponsiveness,significant treatment children cough variant asthma.关键词
