Abstract
Objective:To analyze the reasonable application of Western medicine drugs as well as the management measures.Method:100 Western medicine pharmaceutical prescription were selected as the research objects in our hospital pharmacy department from January 2012 and February 2012.According to the problems arising from the prescription application give corresponding management measures,Western medicine and examination.From March 2013 to April 2014 100 Western medicine pharmacy prescription were extracted,after management and application,the actual situation was compared and analyzed.Result:Reasonable management applications before clinical medication at a rate of 70%,after a reasonable management applications in clinical rational drug use at a rate of 93%,after the examination of clinical rational drug use rate was better than just examination before and after statistical analysis,the difference between the two groups had statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Western medicine drugs for reasonable management,can significantly improve the rate of clinical rational drug use.关键词
