Abstract
Objective:To explore the analysis of emergency medical causes of coma patients as well as the main treatment measures.Method:100 coma patients’ clinical data were retrospective analyzed,the main causes of unconsciousness and relative treatment measures were summarized.Result:The main causes of 100 patients in coma for cerebral hemorrhage,cerebral thrombosis,drug poisoning and acute organic phosphorus poisoning.12 h on the reason of the coma diagnosis accuracy rate was 80%,in 24 h the correct diagnosis of 97 cases.A total of 7 cases of patients died,of which 2 patients with large area cerebral hemorrhage caused by death,sudden cerebral thrombosis of 3 cases,acute organophosphate poisoning in 1 case,and 1 case of drug poisoning,the patients of death with GCS score were significantly lower than patients cured or improved,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:Early in a timely manner to internal causes coma patients diagnosis and symptomatic treatment is the key to improve the prognosis of patients.关键词
