Abstract
Objective:To approach curative effect detection of treatment hyperlipidemia by Atorvastatin calcium tablets. Method:50 patients with hyperlipidemia were selected in our hospital from April 2014 to Octomber 2014,which was to be divided into control group and detection group,25 cases in each group.The control group was treated by peroral Bezafibrate tablets,detection group was treated by peroral Atorvastatin calcium tablets.Result:Before treatment,compared the blood lipid indicators of two groups,the difference was no statistically significant(P>0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,compared with the same group before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Compared between the two groups, the difference was no statistically significant(P>0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,compared between the two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the detection group was better than that of the control group treatment effect.The carotid intima-media thickness and plaque area of two group before treatment were no obviously statistical differences (P>0.05).After treatment 4 weeks,the between the two groups compared with before treatment,carotid intima-media thickness and plaque area of patients were obviously statistical differences(P<0.01),compared two groups,the difference was no statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment 8 weeks,compared the two groups had statistical difference(P<0.05), the curative effect of detection group was better than control group,the incidence of adverse reactions of detection group was lower than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The achieve satisfactory results of treatment hyperlipidemia by Atorvastatin calcium tablets are acquired,safe and reliable,it is should be widely used.关键词
