电针刺激环跳穴缓解大鼠炎症性疼痛的方法
The Method of Electroacupuncture Alleviating Rats,Inflammatory Pain on Huantiao Acupoints

Abstract
Objective:To introduce an experimental method that electroacupuncture (EA) alleviates inflammatory pain on Huantiao acupoints (GB30),and provide the scientific basis for exploring the mechanism of EA analgesic effect and treat chronic pain.Method:(1) After CFA (Complete Freund’s adjuvant) was subcutaneously injected into the left hind paw of male Sprague Dawley (SD) rats,the inflammatory pain model was successfully made.(2) The method of EA on GB30 acupoints was introduced.Result:After the injection of CFA,PWL markedly decreased,while that could be reversed by EA on GB30 acupoints.Conclusion:EA on GB30 acupoints can alleviate CFA-induced inflammatory pain.关键词
