Abstract
Objective:To explore the application value of plasma D-two dimer in the early diagnosis of acute ischemic bowel disease.Method:43 patients who were diagnosed with acute ischemic bowel disease in our hospital from May 2013 to October 2014 were selected as the observation group,at the same time,42 patients who had no acute ischemic bowel disease and received health examination in our hospital were selected as the control group.Microparticle enzyme immunoassay was used to determine the plasma D-two dimer,the changes of plasma D-two dimer of the two groups were compared.Result:Comparing the plasma D-two dimer level of the first,seventh and tenth day after hospitalization,the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The sensitivity of plasma D-two dimer used in the diagnosis of acute ischemic bowel disease was 81.39%(35/43) and the specificity was 76.74%(33/43).Conclusion:The plasma D-two dimer testing used as an early screening examination has clinical significance in reducing the mortality of acute ischemic bowel disease,it can be widely used in clinical.关键词
