Abstract
Objective:To explore the efficacy of Wuling Capsule,Nimodipine combined with fluoxetine treated for Post-stroke depression.Method:105 patients with Post-stroke depression from Puning City People’s Hospital from January 2012 to June 2014 were randomly divided into fluoxetine group,Nimodipine + fluoxetine group,Wuling Capsule + Nimodipine + fluoxetine group (hereinafter referred to as combined group),35 cases in each group,patients were treated with routinely continue neurotrophic agent,cerebrovascular disease and drug rehabilitation treatment,Fluoxetine group was treated with oral Fluoxetine,Nimodipine + fluoxetine group was treated with fluoxetine combined Nimodipine oral,the treatment group was Wuling joint capsules,oral Nimodipine therapy and fluoxetine,the Joint Group was treated with Wuling Capsule,Nimodipine combined with fluoxetine.The HAMD score,Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) and the US National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) score was used to evaluate the three groups.Result:The MMSE scores of the Nimodipine + fluoxetine group patients after the first four weeks,6 weeks and 8 weeks was significantly higher than that of the fluoxetine group.The HAMD, NIHSS scores of the joint group after the first four weeks,6 weeks and 8 weeks was significantly lower than that of the fluoxetine group (P<0.05).The MMSE scores of the joint group patients after the first 2 weeks,4 weeks,6 weeks and 8 weeks was significantly higher than that of the fluoxetine group,the HAMD,NIHSS scores of the joint group after the first four weeks,6 weeks and 8 weeks was significantly lower than that of the fluoxetine group (P<0.05).The MMSE score of the joint group after the first four weeks,6 weeks and 8 weeks was significantly higher than that of the fluoxetine combined Nimodipine group (P<0.05). The HAMD,NIHSS scores of the joint group after the first 6 weeks and 8 weeks was significantly lower than that of the fluoxetine combined Nimodipine group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Wuling Capsule,Nimodipine plus fluoxetine treated with PSD has better efficacy,that could improved the Neurological function.关键词
