The Influence of Nursing Intervention on Craniocerebral Injury Patients with Trachea Cut Indwelling Gastric Tube Aspiration Complications

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the influence of nursing intervention in patients with craniocerebral injury tracheostomy aspiration and lung infection.Method:116 patients with craniocerebral injury tracheotomy and indwelling gastric tube nasogastric were selected in our hospital from 2011 to 2014,patients were randomly divided into two groups,58 cases in each group,the control group was treated with routine nursing,the experimental group was treated with nursing intervention,the nursing effect of the two groups was analyzed and compared.Result:The gastric tube indwelling time of the experimertal group was significantly shorter than the control group,aspiration and lung infection rates were significantly lower than the control group,the incidence of complications was 56.9%,while the experimental group was only 6.9%,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the total satisfaction degree of nursing in the control group was 77.59%,the experimental group was 96.55%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the prognosis of craniocerebral trauma coma patients with tracheotomy,reduce the complications,it is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
