摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the application of patients’ susceptibility indexes used in improving the quality of high quality nursing service in orthopedics.Method:According to the requirements of high quality nursing service and nursing characteristics of diseases in department of orthopedics,susceptibility indexes of patients in the department of orthopedics were set.1245 patients in our school from January to December 2014 were selected and divided into the experimental groups(patients in the first district of orthopedics)and the control group(patients in the second district of orthopedics).The experimental groups were given survey of satisfaction when they left hospital.The process and content of nursing service were improved according to the results of the surveys.The clinical nursing quality indexes of the two groups were compared at the end of the year.Result:The occurrence rates of high risk drug extravasation,wrong use of drugs,unplanned extubation,catheter related urinary tract infection,operation related lung infection,tumble,foot drop,joint stiffness,contracture of achilles tendon, muscle atrophy,deep vein thrombosis,invalid traction and infection of lower limb traction needle shifting of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group.Conclusion:The clinical application of Patients’ susceptibility indexes can promote and enhance the quality of clinical nursing.关键词
