摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the strengthening health education effect for discharged patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC).Method:Discharged of 82 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma,were randomly divided into observation group and the control group (n=41),two groups during hospitalization were implemented uniformly accepted the ward holistic nursing care (including the same health education,and discharged guidance),the observation group based on the implementation of strengthening health education after discharged.To compare with their master degree on health education knowledge about the nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) and their compliance behaviors after 3 months discharged from hospital. Result:The grasp degree of relative knowledge about nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) and the compliance behaviors in observation group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Strengthening health education for discharged patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma can improve patients’ understanding of disease and their compliance behaviors,so as to achieve the goal of self-care,to improve the quality of life.关键词
