Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of nursing intervention with different dressings on skin damage and emotional of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients with radiotherapy treatment.Method:60 nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients who received radiotherapy treatment in our hospital from January 2012 to March 2014 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group were given nursing intervention of mabel burns moist cream,while the observation group were given the new line of soft silicone foam dressing for nursing interventions.The SDS and SAS scores before and after the wound healed, degree of radiological skin damage,healing time and rate of healing wounds were compared between the two groups.Result:There was significant difference between the two groups in the aspect of damage rates of class 1,2 and 3(P<0.05).The healing time and the rate of healing wound of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the SDS scores and SAS scores between the two groups were significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with mabel burns moist cream,the new soft silicone foam dressing can effectively reduce the degree of radiation-induced skin damage in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma,shorten the healing time and relieve the emotion of anxiety and depression.It is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
