早期振幅整合脑电图(aEEG)监测对新生儿脑损伤早期诊断的意义
The Significance of Early Detection of aEEG on the Early Diagnosis of Cerebral Injury for Newborns

Abstract
Objective:To study the application value of early detection of aEEG on the early diagnosis of cerebral injury for newborns.Method:60 patients with cerebral injury in our hospital and transferred from other hospitals were selected from June 2014 to December 2014 as the observation group,while 30 healthy newborns in our hospital were selected as the control group. The aEEG background activity,continuous assessment,sleep-awaken cycle and convulsions of two groups were compared. Result:The aEEG background activity of observation group were 12 cases(20.0%)normal,22 cases (36.7%)minimal abnormal and 26 serious cases(43.3%),compared with the control group of that the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The aEEG continuity of observation group were 11 (27.5%)cases continuous,27 cases (45.0%)discontinuous and 23 cases(36.7%) with continuous low cephalogram,compared with the control group of that the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).For observation group,there were 19 cases (31.7%)with sleepless-awaken cycle,28 cases (46.7%) with immature sleep-awaken cycle and 13 cases (21.7%)with mature sleep-awaken cycle,compared with the control group of that the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).For observation group,there were 9 cases(15.0%) with convulsion, 34 cases (56.7%) with repeated convulsions and 17 cases(28.3%) with continuous epilepsy,compared with the control group of that the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The aEEG test results for newborns with cerebral injury is significantly different from normal newborns.The clinical detection mode of aEEG shall be applied for the diagnosis of early cerebral injury.关键词
