第三代喉罩在腹腔镜下保胆取石术麻醉中的应用
The Application of the Third Generation Laryngeal Mask in Anesthesia of Laparoscopic Gallbladder Stone Anesthesia

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of third generation laryngeal mask applied in anesthesia of laparoscopic gallbladder stone anesthesia.Method:80 laparoscopic gallbladder stone anesthesia patients were selected from our hospital as the study objects from November 2013 to August 2014,according to a random number table,they were divided into two groups, the control group and intervention group.There were 40 cases in the control group,they were used the intubation method;the intervention group had 40 people,and were used the third generation of the laryngeal mask method.Meanwhile,HR,MAP, laryngeal mask/endotracheal catheter,catheterization time,operative time,pneumoperitoneum and PETCO2 before the stop pneumoperitoneum,complications,and mean arterial blood pressure and changes in circumstances were compared between the two groups.Result:In T1,T2 and T4 time,there were no statistically significant differences between the two groups for HR and MAP.But at time T5,HR and MAP of the control group were significantly higher than those of the intervention group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).In terms of complications,the complications number of the intervention group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The third generation laryngeal mask applied in anesthesia of laparoscopic gallbladder stone anesthesia has a good effect,and is safe and reliable,so the third generation laryngeal mask can be widely used in clinical treatment.关键词
