精神科门诊服药依从性现状调查
Current Condition Investigation of the Compliance in the Psychiatric Outpatients

Abstract
Objective:To explore the current condition of the compliance in the psychiatric outpatients.Method:309 psychiatric outpatients were investigated and used General Information Questionnaire and Medication Adherence Rating Scale. Result:The compliance of the psychiatric outpatients was poor,accounting for 40.5%.The rate of no-adherence in schizophrenia, depression and bipolar disorder was respectively 35.6%,44.6% and 29.3%.The rate of which they ever forgot to take medicine was 46.6%,the rates of which the patients think the effect of drug therapy was not good and think the maintenance therapy was useless for 54.4% and 69.6%.27.4% of schizophrenic outpatients forgot to take medicine mainly because of carelessness,the rate of depression and bipolar disorder patients who forgot to take medicine when they were well was respectively 44.1% and 43.9%.The attitude to the treatment of psychiatric drugs was positive in 50.8% of depression patients,and 32.8% of depression patients could insist on taking medicine,the proportion was higher than other two kinds of diseases.The negative impact of the compliance due to drug side effects obvious in patients with schizophrenia and bipolar disorder.Conclusion:The investigation results show that the compliance in psychiatric outpatient is not optimistic,the influencing factors of compliance is also different in different diseases, we should take appropriate intervention measures to different aspects.关键词
