难治性高血压合并阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征治疗的临床分析
Clinical Analysis of Refractory Hypertensive Patients with Obstructive Sleep Apnea-hypopnea Syndrome Treatment

Abstract
Objective:To study the treatment method and clinical curative effect of resistant hypertension combined OSAHS method.Method:61 refractory hypertension patients with obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome admitted to our hospital from January 2011 to December 2014 were selected as research objects,they were divided into the control group for 30 cases and the observation group for 31 cases according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional drug therapy on the basis of blood pressure measurement and polysomnography(PSG) monitoring,the observation group was treated with the combination of surgical or continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP).The clinical effect,compliance rate of blood pressure treatment,blood pressure and heart rate before and after treatment between the two groups were observed and compared.Result:After treatment,the clinical total effective rate of the observation group was 90.32%(28/31),which was significantly higher than 63.33%(19/30)of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (χ2=6.2801,P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in SBP,DBP and heart rate before treatment between the two groups(P>0.05),the SBP,DBP and heart rate after treatment of the two groups were all improved,the improvement of SBP,DBP and heart rate after treatment in the observation group were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).The compliance rate of blood pressure treatment in the observation group was 77.42%,which was significantly higher than 33.33% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In patients with refractory hypertension merger OSAHS treatment,can treat OSAHS effectively by CPAP,improve sleep quality,respiratory disorders and hypoxemia to lower blood pressure,and thus the treatment of refractory hypertension,in order to improve the therapeutic effect.关键词
