快捷临床护理路径在重型颅脑损伤患者急救中的应用研究
Applied Research on Shortcut Clinical Nursing Pathway in Emergency Rescue for Patients with Severe Craniocerebral Injury

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical effects of shortcut clinical nursing pathway in emergency rescue for patients with severe craniocerebral injury.Method:96 patients who suffered with the severe craniocerebral injury and accepted treatments in our hospital were selected from November 2009 to October 2014 as the research objects.According the nursing mode,they were randomly divided into the shortcut clinical nursing pathway group and the routine nursing group,48 cases in each group.In the routine nursing group,they were conducted the conventional nursing management mode in the process of emergency nursing while in the shortcut clinical nursing pathway group, they were conducted the shortcut clinical nursing pathway. Then, the rescue time, total expenses of hospitalization, hospitalization time, the GOS score, secondary damage,incidence of pulmonary infection and patients satisfaction of the two groups were observed.Result:The rescue time and hospitalization time in the shortcut clinical nursing pathway group were evidently shorter than those in the routine nursing group,the total expenses of hospitalization was evidently shorter than that in the routine nursing group and the GOS scores was evidently higher than that in the routine nursing group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The secondary damage was lower than that in the routine nursing group, 2 patients of pulmonary infection in the shortcut clinical nursing pathway group, and the rate of pulmonary infection was 4.17%,while 13 patients of pulmonary infection in the routine nursing group and the rate of pulmonary infection was 27.08% and patients satisfaction of shortcut clinical nursing pathway group was significantly higher than that of routine nursing group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effects of shortcut clinical nursing pathway in the emergency rescue for patients with severe craniocerebral injury are good enough.关键词
