Abstract
Objective:To development the rating scale suitable for nursing outcomes in domestic COPD patients, which is used to evaluate the health status of patients.Method:The Delphi method was used through recruiting 22 experts in the five areas of clinical medicine,clinical care,care management,hospital management and medical psychology.The common suggestions and opinions of experts for the design of scale were collected and the contents and structure of the scale were identified. Result:Expert opinion was unanimous through two-round meetings,which showed that the overall authority grade was 0.72 with the respond rate and the effective rate both of 100%.After the first-round meeting,combining patients’ health status,definition of the 4 areas,dimension of 4 names and 1 item were revised,2 items were deleted.1 item was revised,1 item was deleted and 1 item was increased after second-round meeting,then initially formed the scale of the 6 areas and 23 dimensions.Conclusion:Preliminary preparation of COPD scale in nursing angle by Delphi method is used to evaluate the health status of patients,which is suited for nursing outcomes system of COPD patients.关键词
