Abstract
Objective:To investigate the application effect of clinical path version of patients informed single in the planned caesarean delivery perioperative.Method:102 patients with planned cesarean section who delivered in our hospital from June 2013 to March 2014 were selected as the research objects,they were divided into the control group for 50 cases and the research group for 52 cases according to the random number table method.The clinical path version of patients informed single was formulated in the research group,and was given systematic,standardized treatment and nursing according to the routing table,the control group was given the nursing according to nursing version of the clinical pathway table.The postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery time,breast feeding,health knowledge and comprehensive satisfaction of medical staff between the two groups were observed and compared.Result:After treatment and nursing,the exhaust time and defecation time of the research group were significantly shorter than the control group(P<0.01),the pure breast-feeding rate of the research group was 75.0%,which was significantly higher than 40.0% of the control group,mixed feeding rate and non breast-feeding rate were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.01 orP<0.05),the rates of health knowledge were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The overall satisfaction of department,department doctor satisfaction and nursing staff satisfaction in the research group were 98.1%,98.0%,100%,which were significantly higher than 84.0%,86.0% and 88.0% in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of clinical path version of patients informed single in the planned caesarean delivery perioperative,can increase the breast-feeding rate,shorten the recovery time of gastrointestinal function,improve maternal health knowledge rate,comprehensive satisfaction to medical staff and the quality of medical care,is worthy of clinical promotion and use.关键词
