Abstract
Objective:To investigate the curative effect of Chinese medicine acupuncture in the treatment of hemiplegia after stroke,and to provide the theory basis for improving the quality of life and total effective rate.Method:150 patients with hemiplegia after stroke admitted to our hospital from January 2012 to January 2014 were selected,and they were divided into the study group and the control group according to the random number table method,75 cases in each group.The control group was given rehabilitation training,the study group was given acupuncture treatment on the basis of control group.The function and activities of daily living after treatment were evaluated by Fugl-Meyer scale,Barthel scale and Ashworth of spasticity scale, and the disability rate and effective rate were made statistical.Result:After treatment,the Fugl-Meyer score,Barthel score and Ashworth score of the study group were (54.93±1.32)points,(67.64±2.05)points,(9.84±0.46)points,which were significantly better than those of the control group,the disability rate was 9.33%(7/75),which was significantly lower than 21.33%(16/75) of the control group,the total effective rate of the study group (92.00%) was significantly higher than 80.00% of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture treatment in the treatment of hemiplegia after stroke can significantly improve function and daily living skills of patients,improve the treatment effect,is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
