Abstract
Objective:To understand the hand hygiene status of medical staff,so as to explore the methods and management strategies for improving hand hygiene compliance of medical staff.Method:Medical staff were adopted the hand hygiene training in our hospital from September 2012 to December 2013,and hand hygiene inspection data before and after training were collected at the same time,through the analysis of integrated data,hand hygiene compliance of medical staffs in hospital were investigated.Result:The hand hygiene status and ATP detection of medical staff in different departments after training were significant improved compared with before training(P<0.05).Conclusion:It is a long-term and arduous task to improve the hand hygiene compliance of medical staff,need to take a full range of measures to continuously improve hand hygiene compliance of medical staff.关键词
