摘要

Abstract

Objective:To study the diagnosis value of the serum N-AA and the early neurodegenerative diseases. Method:The alzheimer's disease(AD) patients,Parkinson's disease patients(PD) and normal old people(NC) were recruited in this study,30 cases in each.Firstly,TlWI、T2WI、and T2 Flair as routine were scan routinly,then the wave spectrum curve of the bilateral hippocampal area and medial temporal lobe area were got,and ratio of the areas below the ratio of NAA/Cr、NAA/mI summit were calculated.Secondly, the value of serum NAA were analyzed by using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry instrument. Finally, the data were analyzed by using SPSS 18.0 for the variance analysis.Result:The spectrum curve of the bilateral hippocampal area and medial temporal lobe area of group AD compared with group PD and group NC was the highest,and there was statistically significant(P<0.05).On the contrary, the concentrations of serum of group AD was the most less.Conclusion:The concentrations of serum NAA could as a serum marker of the early neurodegenerative diseases.
