摘要

Abstract

Objective:To improve the current domestic professional teachers mental health level and promote the occupational health,then improve the mental health of students.Method: Green mode was used as theoretical framework to explore effective teachers mental health intervention mode ,then to promote teachers' professional psychological health.Result: Teachers mental health knowledge lack, there were no system, continuing professional mental health promotion model and good professional mental health support system.Conclusion: Using green mode to describe several aspects of the current teachers mental health problems, and to analyze the root cause of it,then formulate a targeted corresponding solution.The prevention of teachers' professional psychological problems should be divided into three levels,the prevention and resolution of the mental health problems of teachers can be divided into individual intervention or organization intervention.
