Abstract
Objective:To investigate the influence of humanized nursing on quality of life and psychological status of patients with laparoscopic operation of gynecology and obstetrics.Method:50 cases for obstetrics and gynecology laparoscopic surgery in Obstetrics and Gynecology of our hospital from January 2013 to December 2014 were selected in the study, all patients were randomly divided into intervention group (the implementation of humanistic nursing) and control group (routine nursing),25 cases in each group,the mental status of the SAS score,SDS score,and the two groups of patients quality of life score were compared between two groups.Result:The SAS score and SDS score of the intervention group and the control group at discharged significantly reduced compared with admission,and the intervention group was significantly lower than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant between two groups(P<0.05).The physiological function,social function,physiological function and physical pain scores of the intervention group were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic operation of gynecology and obstetrics patients in perioperative period of the implementation of humanistic nursing intervention,is helpful to improving the negative psychological status of patients,improving the patients’ quality of life.关键词
