Abstract
Objective To explore the new mode of medical students'medical communication skills and evaluation by making cultivating the students'comprehensive competence as the core .Methods We adopted simulation teaching techniques and concepts and offered a small-class course Medical Communication and Professional Behavior .By using case-based teaching , we arranged theory teaching and practice teaching with the same teaching hours .Finally, we evaluated, measured and provided feedback of the communication skills of clinical medical students of various stages with Communication Skills Scale and Empathy Scale .Results After our years of teaching and practice , medical students trained with this mode showed satisfactory communication ability in exams , contests and routine medical care.Therefore, a distinctive communication skills training mode has been formed .Conclusions The ability of communication can be taught .Small-class teaching combined with introducing empathy and timely and effective feedback in class is of great significance in cultivating medical students 'communication skills .关键词
