Abstract
Training government-financed medical personnel ordered and directed for rural areas is an important component in the system of general practitioners training in China.It aims to produce grass-root general practitioners.This paper analyzes the existing problems in such medical personnel training and then puts forward corresponding measures and countermeasures according to the actual conditions of our college .关键词
