高校教师教育技术培训模式研究-以浙江中医药大学为例
Research on the model of university teachers'education technology training:Taking Zhejiang Chinese Medical University for an example
摘要
Abstract
Teachers'education technology competency has direct effects on daily teaching activities.By analyzing the problems prevailing in teachers'education technology training, this paper proposes making the task-driven training model the guiding force, building the concept of teaching resources construction as the core, introducing a long-term evaluation system, and providing teachers with a platform to practice, communicate and cooperate with each other.Online and off-line practice can make teachers in training find what they have learned useful and make use of it, which can improve their information literacy and their ability to carry out teaching activities under the network environment.关键词
