摘要
Abstract
Objective:To reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection via application of Quality Control Circle ( QCC) .Methods:After organizing QCC group , the factors causing nosocomial infection in our hospital were inves-tigated, then the corrective measures were also discussed .Results:The incidence of nosocomial infection was re-duced from 18.3 cases per month to 5.7 cases per month after the implementation of QCC .Conclusion:QCC can not only reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection , but also improve the responsibility and enthusiasm of the staff.It makes the management of nosocomial infection more standard .QCC can also increase the cohesion and the ethical concepts of nurses .It's worth of promoting in routine nursing .关键词
