摘要

Abstract

Enterprise has the responsibility for economic , to promote the construction of material culture , legal responsibility , to promote the construction of institutional culture , ethical responsibility , can promote behavior cul-tural construction , charity responsibility , to promote the construction of spiritual culture .Chinese enterprises must rely on the power of the enterprise culture , under the background of building a harmonious society and the current market environment , corporate social responsibility into the cultural construction .Is a connection between fully un-derstand and use , based on corporate social responsibility , corporate culture , comprehensive and efficient develop-ment achieve the long-term development of the enterprise .
