Abstract
Objective To explore the different ways of progesterone pill in the treatment of threatened abortion patients clinical curative effect, provide reference for clinical spuc. Methods 70 patients with threatened abortion were divided into two groups according to random number method, experimental group (35 cases) oral mouth with progestin capsule, and the control group (35 cases) intramuscular injection of progesterone injection and compare the clinical curative effect of two groups. Results The experimental group spuc success rate was 91.43%, and the control group spuc success rate was 82.86%, the difference between the two groups have no statistical signiifcance (χ2=0.510, P=0.510);The value of two groups after treatment serum progesterone, human chorionic gonad-otropin levels have increased, and the experimental group is better than that of control group (t=2.392, P=0.019;t = 2.543, P = 0.013). Treatment group adverse reaction rate 5.71%, control group adverse reaction rate was 22.86%, the difference between the two groups was statistically signiifcant, the experimental group is lower than the control group (χ2=4.590, P=4.590).关键词
