Abstract
Objective To explore the psychological characteristic of Test-tube baby maternal before and after childbirth. Methods Randomly selected 92 the test-tube baby maternas from our hospita as the research object, by the SCL-90 and EPQ to evaluate the psychological status before and after the birth. Results The test-tube baby maternal in somatization, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety and hostility factor on points appear different degree of lower (P < 0.05), and EPQ N decreased signiifcantly after childbirth than before childbirth (t = 3.487, P < 0.01). Conclusion The test-tube baby maternal can appear some psychological characteristics change during pregnancy, and some targeted intervention will help to improve medical service quality.关键词
