Abstract
Objective To understand Tongliao railway southern district residents aged 65 and older with diabetes, hypertension, coronary heart disease and dyslipidemia prevalence distribution underlying diseases common in the elderly and the correlation between lipid levels of inquiry. Methods Healthy ifles randomly in the region over 65 years of diabetes, hypertension and coronary heart disease in elderly patients, 50 patients;extraction period 50 cases of healthy elderly volunteers as a control group;All objects with automatic detector for total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein (LDL-C) and high density lipoprotein (HDL-C) four indicators of detection, based on lipid levels and analysis of the relationship between the diseases. Results The study group, three groups of elderly patients with underlying diseases TC, TG were higher, the difference was signiifcant (P<0.05);among the diabetic group LDL-C was signiifcantly higher than the control group, the difference may be statistical (P<0.05);coronary heart disease and hypertensive patients with HDL-C was significantly lower than the control group, the difference may be statistical comparison (P<0.05). Conclusion Tongliao railway southern district residents aged over 65 years is more common occurrence of dyslipidemia and diabetes, hypertension, coronary heart disease and other underlying diseases have a high correlation between, so the need to strengthen the prevention and treatment of dyslipidemia control and improve the elderly population health level.关键词
