目的：分析广西南宁地区结直肠癌患者KRAS基因突变的情况。方法采用突变特异性扩增系统（ampliifcation refractory mutation system，ARMS）PCR法检测149例结直肠癌患者KRAS基因2号外显子第12和13位密码子突变情况，同时分析其突变与临床特征的关系。结果149例结直肠癌患者中共检出29例患者KRAS基因突变（19.5％）。其中腺癌患者142例，突变率为20.4%（29/142）。女性患者KRAS基因突变…查看全部>>
Objective To investigate the mutation distribution of KRAS in patients with colorectal carcinoma (CRC) in Nanning, Guangxi. Methods Mutations in residue 12 and 13 in exon 2 of KRAS gene in 149 CRC patients were detected by amplification refractory mutation system (ARMS) PCR, and the relationship between mutations and clinical characters of CRC patients were analyzed.
