Abstract
Objective To investigate the correlation between the expression of HBV-LP and HBV-DNA in patients with hepatitis B, and analyse its clinical diagnostic value. Methods In 2013 January to October, diagnosed with hepatitis B patients 70 cases as the observation group, the other 50 healthy people were selected as control group, the serum detection under the same conditions of venous blood, detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), measured as HBV-LP and HBV-DNA, differences comparison of 2 groups. Results The positive rate of group HBV-LP was high, HBV-DNA high copy number, was positively correlated with HBV-LP, compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Patients with hepatitis B HBV-DNA replication signiifcantly, serum HBV-LP detection can be used as a diagnosis index of important.关键词
