奥扎格雷钠治疗急性脑血栓形成的疗效观察

摘要
Abstract
ObjectiveTo investigate the treatment of acute cerebral thrombosis Ozagrel clinical therapeutic effect.MethodsJanuary 2011 to January 2013 in our hospital 160 cases of acute cerebral thrombosis patients randomly divided into control group and observation group, control group patients were treated using salvia powder for injection, observation group patients Austria Zhage Lei sodium treatment.Results The control group of patients is lower than in the observation group (P < 0.05) in the total efficiency of the clinical therapeutic effect; groups of patients in hemorheology and neurological deficit scores before and after treatment on the existence of statistically significant differences (P < 0.05); two groups of patients in the incidence of adverse reactions was no significant difference (P > 0.05). Conclusion Ozagrel used in the formation of curative treatment of acute cerebral thrombosis, improve blood rheology in patients with various indicators and neurological deficits, should be popularized and used.关键词
