Abstract
ObjectiveTo evaluate the combination of injections and Shuxuetong flunarizineHcl treatment of vertebral-basilar artery insufifciency vertigo effect, in order to improve the clinical application.Methods March 2009 to March 2012 in our hospital 110 cases of vertebral - basilar artery insufficiency vertigo patients were randomly divided into treatment and the principle of the control group, 55 cases. Treatment group to 6 ml injection Shuxuetong plus 250 ml 0.9% NaCl intravenous injection, 1 time/day, 5 mg flunarizineHcl nightly bedtime. In the control group to 20 ml Salvia injection plus 250 ml 0.9% NaCl intravenous injection, 1 times/day. 2 weeks after treatment were observed. Results The treatment group was 94.55%, the control group was 72.73%, comparing the two groups there was a significant difference (P < 0.05). The onset time required for drug treatment group compared with the control group earlier, there was a significant difference (P < 0.05) between the two groups compared. Before and after treatment, the treatment group bilateral vertebral artery and basilar artery mean blood velocity contrast there was a significant difference (P < 0.01), before and after treatment compared to the control group and the treatment group showed significant differences (P < 0.05), described the treatment group than the control group. Conclusion Shuxuetong injection flunarizineHcl combined treatment vertebral-basilar artery insufficiency vertigo treatment exactly worthy to be popularized in clinical practice.关键词
