Abstract
ObjectiveInlfuence of vomiting effect and anticipation ofgemcitabine combined with cisplatin in the hour of chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced non small cell lung cancer.MethodsIn our hospital in 2008 June to 2012 year in June 60 cases of patients with advanced non smallcell lung cancer, were randomly divided into 2 groups, with gemcitabine plus cisplatin chemotherapy, the observation group based on the chemotherapydrugs, according to the characteristics of the dosage, efifcacy, compared two groups of patients with anticipatory emesis classification, survival rate.ResultsObservation group of patients with the total effective rate was 20.0%, total control of 66.7%, control group total effective rate was 16.7%, total control is 66.7%, comparing differences between two groups total effective rate and total control there was no signiifcant (P>0.05). Observation group of prospective vomiting classiifcation nausea factor, the score is better than the control group (P<0.05), and other adverse reaction rate is lower than the control group (P<0.05), the observation group of patients with 1 year survival rate is higher than the control group, the median survival time is longer than the control group (P<0.05).ConclusionThe advanced small cell lung cancer with gemcitabine plus cisplatinchemotherapy, take the Chrono chemotherapy scheme can increase the survival rate of patients, and relieve the anticipatory emesis.关键词
