Abstract
ObjectiveTo analyze the clinical curative effect of comprehensive treatment of cracked teeth. Methods72 implicit in our hospital in December 2011 to December 2012 between the treated teeth patients as the research object, using the retrospective analysis of clinical data of patients of the way, to summarize the treatment method, treatment effect of statistics.ResultsIn this group, 72 patients were cured after treatment. To the implementation of the patients with two-year follow-up, 69 patients obtained successful treatment, the treatment success rate was 95.83%; the other 3 patients. The enamel adhesive was closed after a failure, one patient treatment, at the same time in the treatment of dental pulp disease after. Pipe treatment and permanent repair and root to crown the patients achieved good results, with no adverse symptoms; 20 patients underwent restorative treatment, 18 cases were treated successfully, 2 cases of treatment failure, including 1 cases of root fracture was removed and 1 cases of coronal fracture or pulp symptoms, give permanent repair in patients with the implementation of full crown and root canal therapy signiifcantly improved.ConclusionThe patients with cracked teeth has good curative effect to comprehensive treatment, can protect the teeth of normal tissue, is worthy to be popularized in clinical application.关键词
